We can organise everything for you as part of our special wedding planning and design services packages that include a special Co-ordination & Management programme.
- Complimentary initial visit to establish your requirements in terms of Wedding design, planning, and coordination
- Organise your Honeymoon night experience
- Event management - from inception to culmination either at Cotter House or at another venue
- We will suggest and Source essential vendors who will meet your requirements and work within your budget for you to choose from - Florists, Hair & Makeup, Photographer, Videographer, Cake Makers, Musicians, Entertainers, Wedding Stationery Suppliers
- Food and Beverage consultations with Chefs (in-house and outside caterers)
- Menu planning
- Seating plan
- Assist with sourcing Personalised Wedding Favours & Gifts
- Meet with you 4 weeks prior to your wedding day to re-cap all information regarding suppliers and services for your wedding day
- Track all details which may include pick up and delivery of Cake, Flowers, Suits or whatever you may need to be done
- If you require help, we are happy to assist and provide an RSVP Service - including recording all RSVP's and providing a friendly follow-up to those who have not replied
- Confirmation of guest numbers, Menu, Bar service and staffing requirements for reception
- Follow-up regarding wedding day schedule
- Follow-up with Photographer, Videographer, Transport, Music, Florists, Church, Minister, Hair & Make-up artists etc to ensure all services are on track and confirm delivery and set up times
- Assist Florists with decor design and reception layout
- Liaise with you and Assist with seating plans for reception
- Assist with Preparation of your personal wedding day schedule - Timelines for Preparation, Ceremony and Reception
- We can help you Provide job descriptions for MC, Best Man and Chief Bridesmaid
- Provide support and assistance with MC duties and speakers
- Create contingency plans
- Coordinate your wedding rehearsal
- Coordinate and provide overall Wedding Day Management
- If required, Transfer gifts to a pre-allocated location
- A team coordinator at your disposal on Wedding Day from start to finish
