Cotter House is not an event centre, entertainment facility nor a restaurant, but a very exclusive private retreat that offers its guests the exclusive use of its facilities. Guests rent the house on a BYO basis and we organise their catering and staff.

TITANIC - The Experience
"DINING ABOARD THE TITANIC: First Class menus April 14, 1912".
Cotter House has created a unique Experience : celebrate special anniversaries or birthdays "Dining aboard the Titanic". Enjoy the First Class menus served on April 12, 1912.

Cotter House in-house chefs offer a special dining experience for bookings with accommodation included: Guests entertain "At Home".
We have recreated exactly the First Class menus served on 14 April, 1912. We offer a custom made menu, either complete with the original 11 courses, or trimmed down to a choice of 7 to 5 courses. Included: your Boarding passes, special menus, seating plans, Invitation template based on the original boarding pass (above), Captain's newsletter with the host's guests seating plan, and a Quizz to entertain your guests at the end of the evening.
Cotter House OFFERS 2 OPTIONS:
OPTION 1 - with accommodation included
A special dining experience for bookings = Guests entertain "At Home": we organise your party: we offer Cordon Bleu catering (pricing hereafter) . Depending on size of event, special set-up and staff are additional. You are entitled to do BYO. .
SPECIAL FEBRUARY-MARCH 2012
Titanic Menu Pricing: from 20 people MINIMUM.
- For a choice of 5 courses, from $145 per person
- For a choice of 7 courses, $180 per person.
- For the full 11-course menu, $225 per person.
For outside 3rd parties , SPECIAL package during season 2012 - subject to availability.
- Catering as indicated above.
- BYO offered for groups over 20 people, beverages extra for groups under 20.
- Staff is extra
- Venue hire applies (includes set-up)
- 10-20 people, from $375 per hour (min. charge 2 hours)
- 30-40 people , from $1500 + gst.

- 4 courses - $110-$120 per person
- Degustation - 5 course dinner - $150-$160 ( includes House wine choices) per person
CASUAL ENTERTAINING WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION:
Reception packages for groups under 20 pax. BYO ALLOWED over 30 PEOPLE.
Cotter House can design special events on a Casual basis - without accommodation, whilst offering total exclusivity (no other guests on the day). Check following packages that include everything: food, venue, staff: We offer beverages from our Cellar, one of the best in Auckland.
