Cotter House offers fitness programmes:  The Exercise pavilion has a selection of gym equipment including treadmills, stepmasters, rowing machines, recumbent bicycles, Pilates balls, free weights and station weight machines along with some work out bands. The pavilion also has shower facilities. It is open anytime,  24/7, to suit guests' needs. Request the access card from your hostess.

Other recreation facilities include fitness teachers that teach scheduled Yoga and Pilates classes in the expansive ballroom, a steam or dry Sauna,  a heated swimming pool, and in-house chefs  that offer fine dining on regional New Zealand cuisine in an elegant yet casual environment. For added convenience, your host is available  24-hours.

The dream team  of massage therapists, nutritionists,, will prepare special health and dietary programmes, and ensure improved fitness, greater flexibility,  and ultimate stress relief.

The Sauna can be used anytime with the option of jumping into the heated pool set in an old brick courtyard allows guests to relax and unwind. Enjoy afternoon tea under a parasol!
