Event Catering and Design are a specialty of Cotter House. We have in-house chefs who can prepare special meals to meet your requirements. We can take care of all your event design requirements for any type of function. You’ll be served with sensational flavours, fresh seasonal fare and attentive though understated service. You can also choose from a number of ever changing special dishes. Cotter House is renowned for its delicious cuisine, Butler's cellar wine list and delightful ambience. . We offer a choice of formats: Morning Coffees, Lunches, Afternoon teas, Cocktail parties and Dinner parties.
Choice of Buffet dinners or Seated banquet dinners. We offer Per person rates (exclusive of Gst).
We also offer different options and combinations: we can suggest menus and formats to suit your needs.
- To start - Pre Dinner drinks: Cocktail canapes and hors d'oeuvres - from $25 per person
- Luncheons - Any 2 courses, seated or buffets - from $65 per person
- High teas:
- Devonshire Teas - from $35 per person
- French "Ritz-style" (2 courses savouries + 2 courses sweets)- from $41.50 per person
- DINNERS
- Cocktails Dinatoires - Food stations, from $85 per person
- Any 3 courses and buffets - from $85 per person
- Any 3 or 4-courses, silver served - from $110 - $120 per person
- Any 5-6 courses, "Menus Degustation" from $145 (without wines) to $180 (vintage wine matches included) per person
- To finish - After dinner: Tea/coffee stations with choice of Petits Fours from $15, and combination Petits Fours, Cheese platters and Port from $25 per person

We can create the Theme of your dreams! (POA) We have access to different colour schemes and accessories. We also have access to specialist film set/props experts who can create amazing outlandish settings within the ballroom - easily achievable because of its high stud (5 mtrs).
