At Cotter House, business meetings are anything but boring. We're ready
to handle even your most demanding needs with 4-6,000 square feet of
stunning, flexible meeting and banquet space, fully staffed looked
after by your experienced hostess and her team. We'll take care of
every detail, so you can get down to business. We design wonderful and versatile packages for corporate guests in our all weather venue.
Located only 10 minutes from Auckland city CBD with ample off-street parking, Cotter House provides its clients with a choice of lovely lounges or ballroom for Special Projects, or 'Days Away' from the office.
Writing pads, pens, mints and ice water are provided in a lovely bright setting as well as your special digital package: with 36" or 42" screen TV, CD/DVDs ,and wireless enabled laptop. The meeting rooms have natural light and open to charming outdoor areas for breaks and 'al fresco' lunches in the terrace, courtyard, covered loggia/veranda and gardens. Additional conference audio visual equipment is also available. You can book the ballroom alone, or the ballroom and lounges. We offer to prepare Hors d'oeuvres and canapes for your 'After Session' drinks.

Accommodation is not a prerequisite with meetings. However, call us to discuss our Business Plus Plan program with special corporate packages available on request. If you happen to be a in-house guest, you benefit from special rebates inclusive of two additional complimentary value-added amenities. Already included in your package is a continental breakfast, complimentary high-speed wireless internet, fitness centre and free parking.
