Because it is  not an event centre, entertainment facility,  nor  public restaurant,  our main focus is to fulfill our guests' needs and whims:   guests are entitled to the exclusive use of its facilities for private entertaining and have at their disposal an expert team of chefs and staff. 

Its proximity to Auckland city and convenient off-street parking, make it the ideal choice for a variety of guest entertaining options. its facilities are the perfect backdrop for high powered  business meetings. It offers total confidentiality and the ideal atmosphere for highly sensitive and confidential  corporate workshops.

Conference and business facilities

Guests have exclusive access to a combination of 2 large Lounges and a Dining Room and the use of its large Ballroom for workshops, seminars, product launches and film shoots. The setting is also ideal as a film location.

We offer a choice of meeting spaces, with different set-ups available.  Cotter House provides writing pads, pens, a dedicated internet capable laptop computer, complimentary wireless broadband internet for all participants,  large screen LCD TVs, DVD and CD players, iced water and mints, in  a choice of lavish yet relaxed settings. Other conference  and audio visual equipment is available on request.

The new Business-Plus programme offers ‘value-added' features for groups booking meetings over 2 or more days . Specials and selected upgrades are offered on accommodation (such as 50% discount on entire house hire and overnight stays), and breakfasts, complimentary high-speed internet access in one meeting room, 20% savings on audio-visual needs.

The large ballroom and Lounges - very light, open unto a marble terrace, formal gardens, and poolside courtyard and deck. In-house chefs offer a  choice of home-made mouth watering catering options and Gourmet cuisine that make the workshop experience something special.

Off-street car parking is available for up to seven cars - A maximum of 7-10 cars can park on the premises with valet parking. A taxi station can be arranged.
