Craig Humberstone, young talented artist is currently showing exquisite paintings at Cotter House .
This exhibition opened to inaugurate the start of the summer Season and the Auckland heritage Festival activities, on invitation only, on September 15 and will be open until end of October.

Craig's work has been inspired by figurative artists such as Raymond Ching. It is highly personal and exquisitely crafted, with painstaking perfection. The theme are Bird's nests that convey emotions of peace, yet transient beauty, fragile expressions of "life that starts" leaving enduring results.

To coincide with its annual public viewings (Sept. 19 to October 3) for the Auckland Heritage Festival, Cotter House has opened showcasing an Art Exhibition by young artist Craig Humberstone.
The vision behind Cotter House is that art can be part of daily life. Art is around every corner at Cotter House. Well established, Cotter House has gained a reputation as an Auckland Art Centre. Installations flow out onto the garden and art from different corners of the world is on show in the hallways, guest rooms and in the Ballroom.
Cotter House is open to the public for private guided viewings and during Auckland's Heritage Festival . Explore a different experience from what traditional museums offer and discover a treasure trove of New Zealand artistic gems.
