Built in 1847, renovations have taken into account the constraints and restrictions imposed by the heritage nature of the house (triple brick on stone foundations, rather than wooden frame and plaster board). This room exemplifies the efforts to modernise Cotter House while remaining sensitive to historic building principles.

We
welcome children over 10 yrs but will be happy to accept families with
infants and toddlers if family books min. 2 rooms or 50% of the house. We provide rollaway single bed option, high chair and baby cot. Ideal huge family room can be set up with activity table, private dining and lounge. Access to gardens and swimming pool very secure.
